Ever want to more with your ham rig? Add something to the safety and security our country. Army MARS might just be the place for you! Fact: Army MARS has as many members as Air Force and Navy/Marine Corp combined. We are active in both phone and digital modes (including CW if you are so inclined). We have an experimenters net where we try new digital modes. Our primary goal of course, is handling traffic. The traffic handling skills we develop are used to support our customers. We also have three repeaters and several Packet NETROM nodes to assist us with moving traffic. Do you like being a net control? With a minimum of 3 nets daily we have lots of opportunities for you to put your skills to use. Do you like programming computers or working on transmitters, receivers, repeaters and other hardware?
