The application has to go from Chief, Navy MARS to your State Mars Director. He will then contact you. It could be anything from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Your SMD is also the Northeast Area Director and Bill is usually pretty good about responding in a timely fashion. Drop me an email and I'll give you his email address.
