I don't think there are any 6M only radios currently in production. Kenwood used to have the TS60. Most everthing now is HF plus 6M (Icom IC706MkIIg for example).

There is one, but trust me you don't want it. The same guy who's selling them is also selling freeband radios. Should tell you something.

With what you'll pay for the Ranger, you would be better off looking for a used Alinco DX-70TH. That's the version that puts out 100w on 6m.
They are almost always available on eHam and qrz.com for $450-$500. Not only do you get 6m, you get all the HF bands as well. Much better value for the money.

The Alinco DX70, Icom IC706 family (including the latest MK2G) and Yaesu FT100D all do a pretty good job on six meters and throw in lots of other bands seemingly for "free."
I see used Kenwood TS-60's all the time on the Six Meter Reflector, which you can subscribe to via the 6mt.com website. They are very good, solid six meter rigs with full SSB and FM features, and 90W output power.
TenTec has their model 526 which covers 6m and 2m (only), all modes including FM with tones, etc, and they seem to work well but only run 20W output power.
Of all these, my personal choice if it were me buying a 6m "mobile" all mode rig would be the used TS-60. I had one back in about '95 and it was an excellent radio that did everything well.

No!!! you do not want a DX-70!!! BAD, BAD, Decision – If for 6M FM use, SSB ok…
Dx-70, to change pl requires you to remover a door under the radio, and flip dipswitches??? BAD DESIGN!!!
Also, ICOM 706-0 (or any of them). Is also, BAD Choices (SSB, is ok)!!!
These radios have vary poor FM squelch sensitivity. So-so FM sensitivity. This radio, IS NOT USSABLBLE for 6M FM. This radio also has a BAD design problem!!!!
Buy used, a Kenwood TS-60 or a Yeasu FT-100d, or nothing – NUTHING!!!…
