Patty Hall (KE4UNK)
March 30,2000
This Holiday season is the second since Patty has passed, and so far, the most difficult. Patty was my best friend, my Hamfest buddy, and my favorite QSO daily as I left work, heading home to her. She was my earthly source of inspiration, and a living testament to the promise of salvation. Although I have since remarried, I will never forget the blessing that Patty was to me, and to all those who ever knew her. I know I will see her again, because with her dying breath, she told me she "Had to go, she could hear the angels wings, but she was savin' me a seat." At 33 years of age, she left my arms to be embraced by the arms of Jesus.
