Joe Freezon (N6CRO)

Joe had numerous friends in the Amateur community across the country. He was a member of the Cactus Radio Club, the (San Francisco) Bay Area radio group and the NAACP (Northern Area Amateurs of Cal Poly). He had a solid group of good friends right here in Southern California mostly members of the Sasquatch Amateur Radio Service (SARS). As such, we were able to secure his call sign through the FCC and made it our club call.
