Tice Barnett (W5DAJ)

Tice was not only my uncle but my very dear friend. He was a watchmaker and jeweler by trade. He could take a baggie full of parts and put them together into an accurately functioning timepiece. During World War II he was a radio operator in the Navy. His enjoyment of radio continued from then on. He would talk to places around the world and I'd sit and listen. He was always willing to help anyone who needed it. He was the best.
