Jim Goldsberry (KD4GR)

Jan.2004

South Florida lost a great ham, an ARRL EC, and traffic handler extrodinaire. And a genuine nice guy. I post this in Jim's memory on behalf of all hams who knew him. Jim, you will be sorely missed.

Jim was a friend from a very long time ago. When he was licensed as WB9AGY in the 1970's he helped me get my start in ham radio. he would have me come over to his QTH and showed me how to operate nets, he loaned me a 2m HT when I upgraded to General so that I could join the local FM net, I learned about fox hunting with him as well. Jim was one of the good guys!
