Carroll (W3HVD)

Carroll was a great CW QRP op. He gave me the time of day. He passed on the tradition of amateur radio and proper operating to me. Low power CW was his thing- I thought at the time it was due to his limited income. Ive come to realize that it was true love of the art form. 73 old boy !
