Milton "Ed" Bixler (W4VNS)
June 8,2000
I will always remember Ed as a man who was always ready and able to help another person. He never let me leave empty handed, and was always building something to give away.Ed worked for many years in electronics and of course had a great love for Ham radio.
But Ed was also a Shriner, who had a soft spot in his heart for kids. The kids in his neighborhood all called him "Grandpa",because he was always there to fix their bikes,or just chat when others were to busy to.Ed called everyone "Charlie",which many of us would answer to.God Bless you Ed,"See you later Charlie".
