Paul Valko (W8KC)

April 22, 2006

We lost a good friend and a ham that stood out in the crowd. Paul W8KC was very helpful to all especially those new in the hobby. He was first Licensed as WB8ZJL and kept that call sign until April 1996. He also had many interests and hobbies but the one he enjoyed most was amateur radio. If you search for his name and call sign on Google you will find all of his web pages and his many interests. Here is an example of one of his pages He will be remembered for a long time to come and not forgotten for his expertise in QRP and his knowledge of Ten Tec equipment. He passed a great deal of his knowledge to others. He liked sharing information with many. Paul was a special man. He loved his family and was a great husband to Debbie and father to his two daughters Katie and Colleen.
