Bob was my dad. I didn't know this site existed. Thanks and 73's to George for starting this rememberence. Now that I know of this.....this site will not be empty. My dad was a great man. He was good at hiding grown-up problems but excellent at teaching us to avoid them. He was my only parent since ten years ago when I was 7. I'm glad to see that this site promotes rememberences of Ham Radio operators. My dad kept buggin me to get my license, so at 9 i became an Amatuer Radio Operator and have since only promoted my self to tech-plus. As soon as i find one.....i'm puttin a picture of my pop here. Thanks again George
