Gérard Servais (FG5JK)
August 13, 2007
We have lost a great friend: Gérard Servais, FG5JK, became a Silent Key on August 13, 2007 at the age of 59 due to cardiac arrest. He got his first Ham Radio license as F6IFB. In 2005, he decided to take early retirement with his wife in Guadeloupe.

Gérard, FG5JK, was this kind of OM, everytime ready to help even if he doesn't know you for a long time before.
I would never forget the help he brought to me while TO1USB activation, that I will not be able to continue without him.
Where ever you are now Gérard I send you my best 73 QRO and promise you to be there for your family when they want.
