In 1999 I had an Ileostomy. To learn more, visit the ia Web Site This was followed in March 2001 by a Sigmoid Colectomy, which was intended to solve any outstanding problems. However after suffering a prolapse, one has to say, not. I have had an Amateur Radio Licence since 1980, although the interest goes back to my early teens. In fact I first joined the RSGB in 1963, when I left school. (Well, that gives a clue to my age anyway.) On the radio side, I am currently active on HF, and occasionally on VHF. I am the RSGB QSL Sub-Manager for the M5 series of Callsigns, and a Member of The QSL Manager's Society

I have spoken to his wife Liz and details of the funeral. it will take place on Monday 7th April at 13:40pm, at the Burnley crematorium. its also the wish of Liz, that a tree will be planted in his name. m5s from this side will send donation to Liz, address in qrz callbook any questions please ask 73 to all ivor m5ply.
