RV0AM, one of the mainstays of the RK0AXX club station in Krasnoyarsk, passed away from a stroke the day before CQWW SSB 2000.

Bob was the founder of the club station RX0AXX ex UK0AMM, U0Y. He started as UA0AAK then he was RB5FH, RB5FH/mm in Odessa UKRAINE. For the last 10 years he was known as RV0AM - it was in Krasnoyarsk RUSSIA.
Everybody here in the former SU miss him. When this news came it was a shock...

Bob was my first Zone 18 on 10 meters. I just recently received a card for an older 40 meter QSO. I will miss his signal on the bands.
