Frank was an active member in the Chicago Suburban Radio Assn and very well respected. He was involved in VEC and was a great instructor. He encouraged me and is partially responsible for me becoming a ham. He was a great man and an "Elmer" in the true sense of the word. He will be greatly missed. '73 Frank
