Ivan will be missed by all his Radio Friends

I was saddened to discover Ivan's name as an SK here on EHAM. I remember him with fondness and respect. I visited with him on a regular basis during the late 1980's and early 1990's. We often entered into trades or swaps for radio equipment. Ivan was the consummate gentleman and host. A visit to his home was an 'occasion' and he always insured my every comfort. We would talk and celebrate life before "talking shop". He was very knowledgeable about radios and digital transmissions. Ivan overcame his handicaps and I never recall him having anything but a positive outlook on life. I will miss him but I have many happy memories of our friendship. 73 Ivan ... -.- de Hart VA3OU
