Kerry Creasy (K4WHO)

12/5/08

My good friend and fellow ham passed away recently after performing his last gig in Miami. Kerry was a professional bass player and performed with many well known artists over the years. His last performance was with Tommy Crain and the Crosstown Allstars with Charlie Daniels sitting in. From the news I received, Kerry finished the performance and passed away in his sleep of a heart attack. Kerry, you will be missed my friend! R.I.P.

My good friend and fellow amateur Kerry Creasy has passed away. Kerry was great ham to talk to and an all around good guy. He was the type who would go out of his way to help his fellow amateurs any way he could. Kerry was also a professional bass player and it was right after his last performance that he passed away in his sleep. Kerry my friend, you will be missed. R.I.P.

Kerry was a world class musician, a great all around guy, and an A1 ham op. He would do anything for anybody. I remember when he got his license, we even tested together. He will be missed greatly.

Kerry was a class act, hadn't talked to him in years but I'm very sad to hear of his passing. Reminds us all how short life can be because this talented musician and A plus ham went way before his time.
