Terry was a person who... would give away some of his radio equipment if it meant somebody else could be on-the-air, was always willing to help, no matter what group or individual needed the help, always welcomed someone to eat dinner with, believed community service was important and acted accordingly, preferred Crown Victorias and Motorola radios, was a loyal friend to those who treated him with respect
