Katashi Nose (KH6IJ)

April 7, 1994

An account of the life of Hawaii's most famous amateur radio operator, Katashi Nose, KH6IJ can be found at: http://ronhashiro.htohananet.com/am-radio/hof/kh6ij.html

I'll always remember my first QSO with Katashi back in the late 50s on 20 m cw. His cw was a joy to listen to and second to none. I could spot his fist a mile away as I'd tune across 20 . . . RIP my good friend, Rod K5BGB Licensed June 1955
