Joe Reppert (WY3T)

Joe was the Net Manager for the East Coast Amateur Radio Service and Net Control for many years. He was a very capable operator and was quick to share his knowledge of the hobby with anyone who sought his help. Joe and his wife Joann enjoyed traveling to hamfests together and were always ready to try the next good local eating spot with fellow hams.
Rest in peace Joe.

Joe did a great job as ECARS Net Manager and net contol, and was always ready to help out anyone checking into the net. It was always a pleasure to talk with him. We will all miss hearing WY3T on the air.
