I only new Joe for a short period of time. He lived in Terriville, CT. Joe worked as a Correction Officer for the State of Connecticut for 11 years. He was Married to a wonderful woman named Bonita, she's been is a Registered Nurse at the Local Hospital for 18 years. Joe was a father. He was a Amateur Radio Operator for 10 years and enjoyed many digital modes especially CW and was a member of FISTS CW Club # 4317. Joe always wanted to help people with their projects. He was a true Elmer to our hobby and will be missed dearly. Tony kr4gs.
