Joe Gillette (K4SPS)

Joe was the force behind the K4SPS repeater (147.300+) in Franklin, VA. His skill and efforts made it into a key component of the regional ARES and SKYWARN emergency systems. Joe was friend to all he met and an Elmer to many new hams.
