Earl (W9OET)
Earl was extremely well-know as "THE" ham radio salesman at Grahams Electronics in downtown Indianapolis during the 1970s. Earl was easily recognized by his silver hair, dark glasses and his ever-present cigar! A little gruffy, but always a gentleman, Earl was an incredible source of knowledge to Indy hams and I have often looked back on those days fondly when I would venture in to the big city and visit Earl at Grahams.
