Sherm Winings (WB4RDV)

Co-founder of Woodbridge Wireless, Inc. (Woodbridge, VA near Wash. DC), and a PVRC member. Sherm was a quiet man always working hard behind the scenes for ARES, the ARRL, and ham radio. He was a Field Dayer, a contester, a DXer, and worked the Morse well, indeed. He has no fame except that he was a good man and a good ham. Age 66, first licensed in 1970, career in the Dept of Agriculture all over the USA.
