The ham radio community of Puerto Rico has lost more than a ham fellow, a friend, an all dedicated gentleman to our hobby, a person that would never say no when we need it most.
Jose Luis you left an empty space hard to fill, but specially the one in the harts of those who wuold miss you forever!
All the Blessings to Your family and May the Lord strength them.
We will take care of them.
