Russell Brown (WB2JIL)

Dr Russell Brown, known simply as Russ to those who knew him, passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 62. Russ worked at the Air Force Research Labís (AFRL) Radar Signal Processing Branch for over 30 years, retiring in 2004. He subsequently was employed by RADC and Stiefvater Consultants in Rome/Marcy (New York).
