NORM HUNT (W1FIF)

JUNE 26, 2014

My good friend Norm Hunt W1FIF departed for that great ham shack in heaven. Norm was a great guy who would help anyone and he always did. I am so grateful to have known him. His laughter and huge smile was always there. Good bye my dear friend.

Norm was not only brain-smart but he looked smart, sporting that beard and college professor look. He proved time after time that he could troubleshoot and fix most any radio. Didn't he fix an Icom Pro that got struck by lightning? Wow! Norm was a serious ham but had sense of humor enough to be a member in good standing of the Vintage Sideband Net. He was a good guy.
