Wilbert A "Muss" Musselman (WD4HTE)

December 19, 2014

Contributed by: Wesley Moore (WD4HXG)

I will miss "OLE MUSS" or "muscleman" as he was known around eastern North Carolina. Although he has been sick the last couple of years, he was one of the hardest working "hams" around. MUSS was a fine fellow and I will miss him. Frank KF4XY

I guess if he liked you he gave you one of his "ham radio nuts" souvenirs. Well known around Goldsboro.

I am sure saddened to hear this......Never met him in person but I felt like I had....I met him about 4 years ago in the group of hams who checked the propagation on each band daily and wound up on 40 meters.....He loved his Ten-Tecs and was a real personable ham...I pray our Lord will comfort his family and friends...
