Louis (Lou) van de Nadort (PA0LOU)

Mars 1st, 2015

Many hams will remember Lou as a keen CW contester on the HF bands. Others will recognise his name or call as that of a past Chairman of the IARU Region I for 27 years - until 2002. Dutch and Belgium hams will know that Lou - PA0LOU contributed to amateur radio for over 50 years in various positions within VERON (the Dutch IARU member society) of which three years as President. He was an Honorary Member of VERON. The Ham Radio world lost a great man. May he rest in peace.

I worked PA0LOU on top band from many QTH's all over the world. Always a good CW operator. Checking my log books I find PA0LOU going back for many years from G4VGO - 9V1GO - YB5AQB. 73 and RIP Lou de Bob G4VGO KH6KG
