Tom Stanton (WA4ZCT)

May 2001

Tom is the person that got my interest re-kindled to the point that I finally got my license. Which I have already upgraded once and am about to go for Extra. Thanks Tom!

I first met Tom when I lived in Port St. Lucie, FL in 1990 and became my very best friend. We went to most of the hamfests together from 1991 till I moved to Washington in 1996. When I got back into computers in 1990, he was my elmer. He was involved with graphics design in his own business and was IMHO the BEST. For him, the difficult was easy... the imposible just took a little bit longer. After I moved out here, we talked on the phone every weekend for hours on end. I will truely miss Tom.
