QSL INFO Direct SASE or 1 dollar, or 1 IRC. QSL to bureau is also fine, I QSL LOTW, I upload logs every couple months, if you need LOTW faster please e-mail and will upload logs in a few days. Will E-QSL also if needed.

Received KH7C call 11-25-2008 Only QSL for QSOs after that date. Logs will remain open for K9FD/KH6.

Licensed in 1960 as KN9EZP, Momence Illinois, I later moved to Missouri and was issued W0NTW, I moved back to Illinois and was issued W9MTT, when incentive licensing came along in the 70's I obtained K9FD.

We sold our home and moved to China for a year in 2001, I was able to get on the air from several stations, BY1QH, BY4AA, BY1DX etc. We moved to Hawaii about 8 years ago and have not left as yet. Changed the call to KH6JJ for a year and decided I wanted the old call back so its now listed as a vanity call K9FD.

Currently living on 30 acres a former AM Broadcast site, I have the ground systems still intact and have a top loaded 160 meter vertical, 80 / 40 verticals installed on the ground system which is two sets of 120, 300 ft plus ground radials. Close to the ocean. Utilities are all underground and no close neighbors so a pretty quiet location. Hope to expand one day to some beams for high bands, primary interest is 160 meters during the winter season.

Molokai is a small island, quiet, slow, and laid back. I live on the west end of the island which is the "desert" end. I can see Oahu 35 miles across the channel, and great sunsets daily. Appreciate a call if you hear me on the bands.
