History LU5CAB & District Eng. Juan Luis Costa –LU5CAB A long time ago, around the year 1948 and being studying the sixth degree of primary escolarity; they give us a task like work practice, in sciences to build a radio galena( Sulfurate of lead ). This was the principle, because to my return to the paternal house lived a radio amateur; this it was LU2AO ; Mr. Augusto E. Osorio. Starting from that moment he began to give me radio classes and telegraphs and with running of the years he was my radio godfather with the first QSO of date 10/01/1954. Partner of the Radio Club Argentino , 14 July of 1952, at the moment has in category of partner Vitalicio from the 11 Dic. of 1984 ;my number of partner N° 188. My licenses LU5CAB from 14 July of 1953; at the moment I have in the especial category from 04 de November of 2005 , until the present time. I have title: Engineer in Mechanical Contructions (U.T.N. 1965), Engineer in Systems ( I.T.B.A.-1969 ). Publications : Radicomunicaciones topics, antennas, interferences and propagation in the magazines R.C.A. ,Electrónica Hoy, A.P.Y.M.E., Gaceta Marinera and others. Conferences: In the Rotary Club of Campana, Zarate , Punta Alta City ; on history of it Radio Amateur . Confers in the Univesity of Belgrano; together with the participation of C.I.R.A.J.A. ; with the topic Of interferences in Radicomunications. Participation in Directive several Commissions of Radio Club; as being: Filial Caballito of the R.C.A., Radio Club Zarate, Radio Club Punta Alta, Radio Club Bahia Blanca and Radio Club Mar del Plata and Centro de Radio Veteranos. Also I have dictate courses for novices and future colleagues in several institucions. As likewise I have participated as advisory in the commission of Development of the Broadcasting in the Scoutismo National-I.N.S.A..- The station is located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires- Federal Capital, to a kilometer to the nord of the geographical center of the same one. The neighborhood of the city calls himself "Caballito"[ Littehorse]. Juan de Garay founds the ctty of 11 June 1580, and the Buenos Aires ones the neighborhoods. The name goes back to the time of the colony when to five kilometers and half; of the Strongone, today Square of May; the Grocery of the hobbyhorse was located; where I know toward the replancement of horses of the diligences and carriages, heading for the west. The name of this Grocery, gave it a vane with the silhouette of a Creole horse; today kept in the Museum of the City. The Av. E. Gaona, where this my QTH, was the one on the way to the "Gauna". Another in route to the nortwest. To three hundred meters of my house; the Grocery of the Gauna was located. Today there this a station of service of the A.C.A.. The statue to the "Mio Cid" and the ten corners is a very characteristic place. To the south of my departament to about a thousand meters is the Club F.C.O. Continuing to the west to about six hundred meters this is the Plaza Irlanda and several private school. Almost continuing in the same adress a thousand meters but to the west is the Cofee existed "Bar La Humedad"that mentions in a tango Homero Manzi that in its verses "Boedo, Almagro, Bajo Belgrano, Lecherito del Abasto, Palermo, Puente Alsina, San José de Flores, Sur, Café la Humedad....., Mario Battistella and Alfredo Le Pera, the letter of Melody of Suburb and Carlos Gardel braided I sing it as anybody.-
