1. Newly submitted product reviews
are not displayed in the reviews
until after they have been screened
and approved. Screening and
approval delay varies from minutes
to perhaps a day or more.
2. Before adding a new product use
the "Search Reviews" tool on any
reviews page to determine if that
product already exists in a
category.
3. The 1st review of a new product
should be submitted when prompted
during the add new product process.
If the 1st review is not added at
the time a new product is added the
new product will not be displayed.
4. Manufacturers - let your
customers and product users add
your products to the product
reviews along with a 1st review.
It's a conflict of interest for
manufacturers to review their own
products. Such reviews will be
removed.
5. If your review has not been
posted on the web site after
several days assume that it has not
passed screening based on the
product review policies below.

eHam's Product Reviews are for
users to enter a non-commercial
opinion, positive or negative, of a
commercially available amateur
radio-related product.
A valid product review is one where
you have had personal hands-on
experience with the product you
would like to share with others.
Don't review home brewed equipment
or home-brew copies of commercially
made products.
Products for review typically
should be tangible items such as
radios, antennas, towers, etc.
Companies/dealers/manufacturers or
customer service is not considered
a product and should not be
reviewed. The Forum
"CompanyReviews" is the proper
place for those reviews and others
that fall outside these product
review guide lines.
Don't submit reviews that contain
links/pointers off-site.
Limit your reviews to one review
per product. Multiple reviews of
the same product by one person
unfairly skews the product rating
numbers.
If you submit more than one review
of the same product all your older
reviews will be removed. If you
want the content of your older
reviews to be in your updated
review then you are responsible for
cutting and pasting your old review
content into your new review.
eHam's Product Reviews are
independent of eHam's advertisers.
eHam's advertisers should accept
whatever reviews are posted within
eHam's Product Review policies as
described here.
eHam's product reviews are not for

announcements, or as a product or

discussion forum for general
