Excellent performing antenna
|
Time owned: more than 12 months

I was on the look out for the highest gain tri bander and came across the comet CX 702. The antenna performed well above expectations. I was able to hit many repeaters from places that had been previously dead areas. The two hundred watt power rating is more than I will ever need as my rigs are either an Icom IC-706 mk11g Icom IC-v8000. Only down side is the 2.i meter (6ft 10 in) length. I use this as my travelling antenna and have a shorter Nagoy I use for around town.
