Reviewers before me have said it all! Log4OM is an excellent program, the support is second to none. Daniele updates the program on a timely basis. Powerful piece of software. I would give it a 10!

The cool new kid on the block!

So, I've used just about every logging program available on Linux, OS X and Windows. I have written a few reviews here on eHam for them, particularly for those I really liked (RUMLog, DXLab Suite) and for a couple I didn't care for as much.
Log4OM is a new kid in the logbook neighborhood, but has already established itself as the "cool" new kid with features such as:
- A slick, modern interface
- Rig control via OmniRig or Hamlib
- A focus on logging and features that support logging (DX Cluster) without extra fluff (ie, bloat)
- Excellent support for LoTW, eQSL, ClubLog, HRDLog and more!
- An outstanding low-overhead system to allow external programs such as Fldigi, DM780 and JT-Alert to connect to Log4OM
All in all, despite the relative newness of this project, Log4OM is already a mature project with an active development and support staff. I enjoy using Log4OM and look forward to future developments.

I have been using the ACLog for some time now but was never totally happy with it. I recently decided to try Log4OM and all I can say is WOW! It is the type of program I wish I had been using all the time. You can set this program to show exactly what you want. The user interface is very easy once you try the various settings. I was able to upload my log from ACLog without problems and have started using Log4OM for all my new contacts. I really like the DX spot function which works great. A big Well Done to all who have had a hand in developing this program. On top of everything else it is Free! Richard, W7AM

Excellent Job

Like most of the others I'd used several "Other" logging programs - this one is the new kid on the block, for the "Modern Ham" still early days but it's already establishing itself as a front runner - it logs well and its easy to set up and use both live and post logging.
People keep asking for new features ! BUT I hope it does'nt outgrow itself like certain others have £$%^?? I am still learning about it - GREAT Alerts system and wonderful Cluster display - What more would a Ham need ? How big will it grow ?
Danielle and the team are on the ball too always ready to lend a hand - keep up the good work, as far as I'm concerned for the moment anyway it's my main logging program and glad I made the switch.
Need a GOOD logging program ? Here it is.

The BEST!

This is absolutely the best logging program that I have used.I have it hooked into my TS-590 and also Fldigi at the same time. Log4om picks up the logs from Fldigi. Also being able to store the logs to Mysql on my server is a plus. To the author: Keep up the excellent work on a great program.

Does it ALL

I'm still learning what this program can do. But right now, it does it all and more. Basic logging, upload to LOTW, beam headings, cluster and rig control. I love the way it follows the rig and can tell me who is on or near the freq. No hangs, easy to install and configure. Good english manual too.

Good software

For a free program this one has many features. I like the quick log upload capability to EQSL, LoTw, Club Log, and HRD log.
I use it a lot with Fldigi, and the linking to real time logging is a slick application.
They have a yahoo group support page and seem to stay on top of development.
I beta test the software and have been pleased with the results.
