Fantastic antenna  Time owned: more than 12 months
Great and nice antenna. Strong and high quality alluminium elements. Strong gain on 25-30 mhz range. It works very very well on 14 and 21 mhz no antenna tuner required!!!!!Good receive performance on 3,5 5,0 and 7,1 mhz but not for tx. On 10 mhz you need a good Antenna tunner for transmit.

This is the worst aerial i have ever bought  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
I bought this aerial some months ago and it is something i regret doing. The aerial build quality LOOKS good, but in truth thats it, it only LOOKS good. The sections form neat joints and the aerial appears from its construction and assembly to be built to last. Then i put it up, it was all down hill from there. The joints had amalgamated tape, the "o" ring and rubber seal installed and greased on the base around the plastic cylinder and then amalgamated tape on connecter. Completely waterproofed right? not a chance. It flexes so much that there is nothing you can do to stop water from coming in to the coil housing and that in turn runs down into pl259 connector assembly. The swr is up and down like a yoyo and there is nothing i can do to stop it. I have taken it down cleaned it sealed it put it back up twice now, waste of time, waste of money. Wanted a 10 metre vertical, should have bought a real aerial instead of some CB shit.

Good Antenna for the Price !!!  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I bought this Antenna because my Imax 2000 broke. I'm very satisfied because with the Imax I could not hear far stations in 10 meters, but with this antenna I can. It's easy to install and very light. I give it a 4 because is not as broadbander like the Imax 2000. With the IMax you don't need to use an Antenna Tuner in the 10 meter range (28.300 to 28.500), but thats not a problem and for the price couldn't ask for more.
