Great Remote Radio control for free!  Time owned: 6 to 12 months
From a QST article--I use a PC connected to the internet to control my rig and do various functions (LoTW, HRD, etc). When traveling I can remotely log in to my home computer via the internet and run ALL functions just like I was there. Unlike the QST article I only do digital using HRD while on travel, you'd need to use Skype for audio. There is mild latency, usually caused by the hotel computer. Anywhere you can establish an internet conencti0n allows you to remotely control your station.
