Accurate USB 0-500MHz RF Power Meter Kit Reviews: 1 Average rating: 0.0/5 MSRP: $$59.95
Description: With Accurate USB 0-500MHz RF Power Meter measurement of
transmitter's output RF power has never been easier and more
precise. Meter allows to measure RF power of transmitters in
dBm, Watts (nW, uW, mW and W range) as well as input
voltage. USB RF Power Meter is based on popular AD8307 watt
power meter IC and PIC18F2550 microcontroller. Simply
connect it to a PC via USB port and measurement readings
will be displayed on a computer using included USB RF Power
Meter software. Software settings can be configured to use
10-50dBm attenuator and thus allowing to measure higher RF
power.

Looks good on paper ... but  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I ordered this kit and the USB interface for it and it was shipped out immediately. I received it in Canada about a week later.

You can build the kit in a few moments (you need 2 parts, the USB Interface and the actual SWR meter).

The USB Interface and software work fine, but sadly the SWR meter is pretty much non-functional. It measures bad power readings with no RF input to the unit which is unfortunate.

Several emails to the company have gone un-answered and there is no telephone number to reach out to them directly.

It is likely a good kit if you want to use the AD8307 and expand it so it actually functions, but if you expect it to work out of the box you may be disappointed.

I am a very experienced builder and so I am pretty confident that the failures are not due to my construction techniques.

Your mileage may very.
