Good Selection of Stuff
|
Time owned: 3 to 6 months

I find shopping online instead of the RS stores to be more convienent. The only issue is you pay shipping and local sales tax, but that's the price of convienence.
RS pricing CAN be beat, so there aren't many bargins to be found.
They also have a much wider selection online than in the local store (at least my local area).
I've ordered several times and found the experience to be completely satisfactory.

Good selection of stuff, and easy to deal with.

Radio Shack's online store offers a much greater selection of parts than their stores, and is easy to deal with. Their Commercial Catalog is free in the stores. While their selection may not be as extensive as Digikey, Mouser, or Allied, they have most of the things we commonly use in construction projects. Tools, test equipment, books, kits and more are included. Pick up a Commercial Catalog at your local store and check them out.
