Very nice audio  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Well documented kit ; all parts present.
The Poly-Varicon has changed slightly - I had to extend the leads.

I'm impressed by the audio this easy to make kit produces: very smooth, clean and quiet audio with good AGC.
One of the few radios I can sit for hours on end listening to with headphones ( Sennheiser HD25-1 ) .
Only thing I plan to experiment with is the AF diode limiting threshold and/or softness.
Avoiding the ubiquitous dual NE612/AD9834/LM386 architecture pays off.
