If you need a 12V supply that can deliver and don't mind the fan noise, here's your boy. Recommend reading the manual before installing. There are many configuration options. It uses a switching regulator driving an analog regulator (two stage regulator) to give a voltage change of less than 10mV from no load to full load.
Recommend running from a 220V line. It draws 20A from a 115V line when set up for 24V and 50A, and it's rated for it.
