Another perfect transaction  Time owned: more than 12 months
Have bought several books and at least a dozen manuals from this company over the past 10 years and every transaction could not have been better. The only reason for the bad raps on this vendor has to be some very old grumpy buyers who just want to flame someone. My experience has been 100% perfect.

RIPOFF!  Time owned: more than 12 months
I purchased two Drake manuals from this vendor, an R7 operations manual and a R7 service manual.
A. They were stuffed into a *ed *x mailing envelope and sent via USPS. Both were permanantly creased badly, not where the folds were supposed to be.
B. The copies were very poor, infact unusable.
C. I returned them at my own expense, with a note about not being usable due to the poor quality, and the creases due to the improper shipping, asking for a full refund. I received the box back with the same manuals and a letter stating that they were very usable, and describing his policy disclaimer of NO RETURNS, due to the nature of his business - photocopying, and that an original was not available for him to use as a master.
D. A follow up phone call to him was futile. He did provide a CD version of the manuals at no charge, but to me it was futile attempt to resolve the issue.

Bad Deal!!!  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Ordered a Wavetek 2100 service manual from these guys and received a operators manual(not bound and copied out of order). I called and talked to them and told them I asked twice on the phone before I ordered to make sure this was a service manual. Guy says "don't you ever make a mistake" and never once offered to refund my money or make it right. In fact he hung up on me during our phone conversation. These people are rude and ripped me off for $34 for 20 copied pages. I suggest you think twice before ordering from this outfit. Read the other post listed here also.

Radio Era robbery  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Advertised HI-FI Loudspeakers and Enclosures by, Cohen, for a total of 87 dollars, which I paid. Read"New book, complete and intact, New condition" I recieved loose pages ripped out of the book instead. For 87.00 American!!! Will not refund or even listen. Went back to web order page, He changed it after I bought the book to "Books will be unbound before shipping" He lured me in and then stuck it to me. I even paid for shipping to SWEDEN!!! A friend in Germany said he ripped off a couple of old radio guys there too. Maybe he is better with fellow Americans but across the Atlantic, he´s just a thief.
Brandon in Sweden.
