Excellent quality and good QSK operation.  Time owned: 6 to 12 months
I was lucky to find and buy my HF600 from a ham friend that does not work CW and therefore did not take advantage of its QSK feature. I was looking for a good QSK amplifier and this one fits the bill. It utilizes Kilovac vacuum reed relays with claimed switching speeds less than 3 msecs. The two relays are quiet. Tuning is smooth and the amplifier's efficiency reaches 65% or more on most bands. It has a tuned input and ALC control. 110V or 220V operation can be selected. The cooling system utilizes a fairly quiet squirrel-cage blower with a glass chimney on the tube. The cross needle tuning is a joy to use.
