Great radio lacks some features  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Whilst I write this and say its great it does lack FM and AM and also CAT Control.

Noble obviously took note of what people said about the previous version, the new version now has the mic plug on the front and all in the rig looks a lot nicer with the wooden box and analog power meter. The audio on receive is excellent, the filtering is also very good. What I was not expecting was that the optional mic is built like a brick, its heavy and robust and manufactured by Astatic.

Whilst Transmit is limited to 15w which will power any decent amplifier, all my QSO's have been genuine 59's and I've had people record and sent the recordings back. I could go on for hours about just how good this rig works in SSB but I won't check the spec at noble's site.

Pricey Yes, Worth the money... And then some.
