very good performance  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I bought this balun for an OCF antenna. One side is 45' 6" and the is 88' 6". To block common mode currents, I added a 16 turn coil of RG8X on a 4" form right below the balun. It tunes 80 thru 10 meters with a 1.5:1 or less swr on all bands except 30 and 15 meters. The ATU in my TS590SG easily tunes those two down to 1:1. Using the same coax, I get much better performance than my old dipoles and have many more QSO's and better reports now. Ask for the new style box when you order or you might end up with an old one, but it's really not a problem.
