Very Happy with this Mic  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
A bit of a qualifier, I've been very partial to the EV RE20/RE27 in the past and have used them almost exclusively for the past 12 years. Well I decided to give a couple of new mics a try. I first tried a Heil PR30.. no way! Next I decided to give this new comer from Audio Technica a try. WOW, I'm very pleased! So much so I sold the EV and Heil mics! The size is more compact than the EV's, especially with the shock mount. The audio response curve is just right for use in ham radio applications. The quality is top notch. I have it run into an ART Voice Channel and they make a great match. Price is very competitive as well.
