A Pleasure in Every Way

I just received my first-ever shipment of cards from QSLSHOP in Germany, and I am delighted. They are beautiful and well crafted. The shipment arrived with the cards in excellent condition.
Ordering and designing the cards was easy, too. After receiving the first proof, I asked for a couple of minor changes, and Sabine understood exactly what I wanted. I received an updated proof in a day.
My order was delayed a couple of weeks at the start, because I placed it during their August vacation, but I don't think that's really their fault.

Everything about dealing with QSL Shop was first class. They promptly produced a proof, made the slight changes I requested and then shipped the 1000 cards from Germany in little over a month.
The cardstock is ideal and the printing quality excellent. Nothing not to like here!

Great product and service

Just a note if you are worried about buying your QSLs from this company as they are overseas. I am on my second batch of cards from QSLshop. When the second batch arrived the box had split open and you could tell it had been about half full of water. I contacted the company, send them a digital photo of the damage, and within about 2 weeks I had a brand new batch of QSLs. I told them I could still use about half of the first shipment, but they sent me another 1,000 cards at no extra charge. Very good folks to work with and great quality as always.

I got my QSL cards from QSL-Shop a couple of weeks ago & they are beautiful. They are on very good card stock with very good photography. Service was great and fast (less than 30 days). When I run out I will definately be reordering from them!

In the mail last night I received norification that my QSL card order had shipped. Along with the notification were several of my cards so that I could see the finished product. Beautiful! The communication during the design process has been outstanding and the cards have turned out to be better than I had expected. I will definitely be a return customer. I can't imagine using anyone else. The quality for the cost is just amazing.

Excellent quality cards for reasonable price.
I emailed files with my own front and back design and next day got email from Sabine with the proof, made some minor corrections and received another, final proof to which I said OK. I paid with the credit card using their website.
The whole process including shipping from Germany to the USA took about 30 days.
Great printing and excellent postcard quality paper stock. I am happy with my order and would recommend QSLSHOP highly.

I found that they had several great photos already in stock to show the world what the scenery in Idaho looks like. The service was prompt, they took the time to suggest the best layout for the card and they double-checked everything. I had no doubt about how my card was going to appear. This is the best card I've had in 45 years in amateur radio.

Really Nice QSL Card

Sabine took a design of my own and helped me modify it to suit printing requirements. The picture I had provided was not of sufficient quality for a full size front. the result of modification was that the final design, and hence the card, was better than my original design. It took a little longer than I had expected. Initial contact was made by mail, and QSL Shop promptly replied via email on 2/20/2007. Proofs were sent via email, and corrections were made. The order was placed on 2/23/2007. My cards arrived on 4/13/2007, and still my credit card was not charged until I contacted QSL Shop. All emails were answered promptly. The wait was surely worth it, and to me, the price was right for a high gloss custom card. ($120.00US/1000 cards) My experience has been a totally enjoyable one. Tnx, QSL Shop, for a job well done.

Exceptional service, both in the design phase and printing/delivery. Plus, the final product was as high quality as you will ever find. Priced righ too.
As a very active contester, I will be thru these 1000 cards quickly and I will use QSL Shop again!
