The program installed easily and works as advertised. The rig interface (TS-480) was easy to set up also. Uploading and downloading from LOTW was also easy to set up. I would describe myself as a casual contester. I used the included ARRL SS contest loger last weekend and it worked great. For the price I don't think you can beat it. Scott also has a Yahoo group set up which is a good resource.

LOTW $ N3FJP's ACLOG

A truly great marriage. ACLOG (by N2FJP) and LOTW sure make life easy. You just have to CLICK on a few places and my log data uploads to LOTW. I CLICK on another button and it downloads my incoming QSL and adds them to my ACLOG.
However, I think the ARRL needs to re-compose and re-write their LOTW instructions. The tq5, tqsl, tqsl-Certf. Is under-defined and confusing for someone just signing onto LOTW. It definitely needs simplification.

Great Program!

I have had my AC Log software for a little over two years now. One day I could not load my LOTW log up. It took me about a year or more for me to figure out that Microsoft was blocking AC Log from connection to load up to the net. So once I got Microsoft to allow the connection it started working great!
I can't say enough good things about this program except buy it!

It's a great logging program. I've used it for years and never had issues. I needed help once restoring my database, n3fjp replied with no problems.

Easy to use.......

I have had the software package for a few years. It does the job.....easy to use. The problems I have encountered with LOTW were all operator (aka, me) induced. Really like the easy way you upload your log contacts to LOTW and the program does the rest.
My computer crashed a few weeks ago and it was real easy to get started again. I am not a computer guru, so this program is perfect for those a bit computer challenged.

Just OK. If this is one of the best, then ham radio logging software has a long way to go.
Looks like an mid 90's BBS. Only somewhat customizable. Would not interface with LOTW and my email inquiries were met with vague and seemingly indifferent responses.
I'm going to limp along with this but I suggest you keep looking.

NICE & EASY

I'm what you might call computer challenged and usually have some problems understanding simple computer programs. But, I didn't have any issues with this logging program. It is very easy and logical. It does all I need a logging program to do. Not a bad price either.
I would recommend this logging program to anyone.

I've been using this logger for years. Never had any issues for the way it logs. Would some enhancements be nice? Sure. But everytime I've tried a different logging program, free or paid, I always come back to AClog. A new update just to make it a little more Windows looking would be nice.

Not only is this great easy to use software, the support from Scott is first class. After over a year of non-activity I looked for my list of pin numbers, but had lost them.
An email to N3FJP on Friday evening got me an immediate response, a thank you for support of the software and the list -- on Friday evening.
