Nice Meter - Easy to Build  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
The clear instructions made this an easy afternoon project, and it worked without a flaw right away. Finally precise readings in a power range that the Bird won’t handle! The ability to use battery power is nice. The calibration requires a bit of patience when you are trying to adjust voltages to a precision of 0.001V with a relatively coarse trimmer. The meter is large, but I would have wished for some finer marks especially at the upper and lower end of the scale. Overall a nice meter that is well worth the money.

Nice Meter Movement...  Time owned: more than 12 months
Nice looking meter fer the QRPer. Beeg 3" Meter is very good sized, easy to read, and the design is classic. Dual Power is 1ma drain fer field use can use external power fer shack use. It wud be nice if the R.F. sensor was Remotable and it wud be nice if it was Peak-Reading but most QRP is CW anyway. I have had mine fer over four years with zero maintenance. 73 es God bless, murf/wv4r.

Great quality.  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Easy and fun to build.

No special tools required for calibration apart from a DC voltmeter.

Great quality.

Ideal companion for my http://smallwonderlabs.com QRP PSK31 transceivers!

A Great Tool for QRP  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
This was an easy, fun kit to build and align. It works very well, and measures power down to milliwatts. Oak Hill makes nice products. If you are a QRP operator, you will enjoy having this wattmeter in your shack.

A must for QRPp!  Time owned: unknown months
This is a fairly simple kit which results in an invaluable addition to the QRP shack. Truly a "must" for the serious QRPer, especially those brave enough to dip to the mW level. I love being able to say, "Running exactly 250mW with my 38 Special."
