Neat 2w QRP transmitter
|
Time owned: more than 12 months
|
I had a Kantronics Rockhound in the early 80's.
It was 2 watts out on 40 meters with plug in crystals. I used a Realistic DX-160 as my receiver and had a ball with it. A 40 meter inverted vee and contacts all day and night were no problem.
I still have the unit today but the final used in the PA went south and I can not find a replacement.
